Immigration Consultants Group Australia ("ICGA") was established in 2003 to assist migrants to move to Australia.

Apache’s approach included an initial analysis and documentation of business processes. This was then used as the basis for the selection of an appropriate CRM Software Solution that addressed the key business areas of Contact Management, Marketing and Customer Service.
We selected Maximizer, complete CRM software solution that could be easily customised through the use of user defined fields to fit our business requirements. They provided an excellent template for the storage and retrieval of information on our clients.
Also the email marketing component has enabled us to keep in contact with our clients at a fraction of the cost of traditional mailing.
By realigning our company culture so that employees focus more on our customers, we have been able to treble our revenue this financial year.
We found Apache professional in their approach. They took the time to understand our business and then went to market for the most suitable solution. This top down approach ensured that the solution met with our expectations, and the project was delivered on time and on budget.
